What is a comfort Zone?
Many of us have different opinions about this, both optimistic and pessimistic.
The comfort zone is the state where we used to stay secure and safe without any risky or difficult situation that affects both physical and psychological pathways.
“Change begins at the end of comfort
Hazards of the comfort zone
Being in your comfort zone makes you incapable of identifying who you are. It means you must explore who you are and what you are meant to for.
The comfort zone pushes you down and only makes you gain the basic knowledge about life and paves the way to drop out from experiencing adventurous as well as novel aspects of life.
Being Indian kids, we used to be stuck in many areas that served as comfort zone right from home till the career we chose.
Getting into the comfort zone will be like a bed of roses at the beginning, but later it becomes hell when we struggle to find ourselves after it gets lost.
Most achievers are the only people who get out of their comfort zone and willingly face life challenges. Though it’s hard to break the comfort zone, once it is done, you begin to feel contented and start living your life to the fullest.
