Early foundations are always important. School environment always plays a very important role in sculpturing the child’s personality and character. Let’s see in detail about this

In 1960’s a famous Psychologist Albert Bandura made an experiment with a child, which later named as Bobo Doll experiment. Through that experiment he gained a lot a information about the learning behaviour of the child.
More than the advice, informations, discplining; a child actually learns from what it sees, what it smells, what it taste, what is hear, what it touch. Not just a child, as a human being we all likely to learn in this way. Simply saying we use our sense to learn and we intimate what we see.
Children copy paste the behaviour they see, they used to model everyone. Childrens used to do all this till the time when they can actually able to take rational decisions. If you have a child close to you. Just try doing some actions and you will be suprised to see the actions of that baby, it will start to mirror your action in one way or another. From this you can able to know yet another thing that if some one copy your work or mirror your actions then they are just kids, don’t bother about them, these kids has a long way to grow. Grown ups are capable of doing something on their own, because they has brain which started functioning in all the ways.
Let’s get into the point. Mainly in the selection of schools, parents will be more conscious of bullies and other indisiplinary acitivities, they always want their child not to go through these kinds of people in their childhood. That’s because some behaviour and memories stays for ever in child’s mind. Which cause this kid to act in the same way.
As a child we all have changed the way we speak, walk, act, study, etc. Everything we have changed by the will of others and also our interest. Let me share my experience. In school days, teachers used to appreciate students who are very quite. To recieve the appreciation and not to get scolding, I changed the way I used to speak. That personality was totally rejected when I studied 8th standard. It’s a regular normal learning that I faced. But there are schools with race, caste, religion dicrimination etc. Those schools will definitely leave a mark on child’s personality
