  • Increase the risk of obesity
  • Poor posture, and eye problems.

4. Cognitive development:

  • Excessive usage of phones can cause cognitive distortion
  • Affect cognitive processes in children
  • Declines in attention span, memory, and problem-solving skills.

5. Addiction:

  • Phone addiction becomes like substance abuse and has a significant impact on a child’s life
